Marketing Executive

Remote · Part-Time · Marketing Staff

About This Role

We're looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Staff member to help grow TikkBay's brand presence across Africa. You'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing our social media channels, creating engaging content, and driving organizer acquisition and attendee engagement.

Your day-to-day will include crafting email campaigns, coordinating WhatsApp marketing initiatives, analyzing campaign performance metrics, collaborating with the team on promotional strategies for featured events, and building partnerships with influencers and media outlets in the events space.

You'll work closely with the support and accounts teams to ensure our messaging resonates with both organizers and attendees, and you'll have direct access to our analytics dashboard to measure the impact of every initiative.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in tech, events, or entertainment
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write compelling emails, social media posts, and ad copy
- Experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, Facebook)
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and campaign analytics
- Understanding of the Nigerian/African events and entertainment landscape
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, or similar) are a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely
- Experience with WhatsApp Business marketing is a bonus
