This policy applies to all users of TikkBay, including event organizers and attendees, and covers information collected through our website, mobile applications, and related services.

• Bank account details (for organizer payouts)
• Event details and preferences
• KYC verification documents (for organizer and service provider identity verification)

• Phone numbers provided for WhatsApp communications (when opted in)

Automatically Collected Information

When you use our platform, we automatically collect:

• Device information (type, operating system, browser)

• Event page view data and visitor analytics
• Meta browser identifiers, ad click identifiers, event page URLs, IP address, and browser details when you grant marketing consent

• Measure and optimize an eligible event organiser's Meta advertising when you grant marketing consent

4. Information Sharing

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• With Event Organizers: When you purchase tickets, we share your information with the event organizer to facilitate your attendance.
• With Payment Processors: We share payment information with Paystack and Flutterwave to process transactions.
• With Service Providers: We may share information with third parties who perform services on our behalf.
• With Meta: If an eligible event organiser enables Meta measurement for an event and you grant marketing consent, we may send consented page-view and purchase events to Meta Platforms. Purchase contact fields are normalized and SHA-256 hashed before server delivery. Meta browser identifiers, IP address, and browser details are sent in their original form.
• For Legal Compliance: We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

Note: We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

• SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission
• Secure password hashing
• Regular security audits and monitoring

An eligible event organiser may connect a Meta Pixel to a specific event. After you grant marketing consent, that event page may send PageView and ViewContent events. A completed paid ticket order may send a Purchase event through both the browser Pixel and TikkBay's server-side Conversions API. The two Purchase events use one shared event identifier so Meta can treat them as the same conversion.

Meta tracking is off until you grant marketing consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time through the cookie preferences button. Withdrawal prevents future Meta events and does not affect your ability to browse events or buy tickets. You can also control cookies through your browser settings. 9. Children's Privacy

TikkBay is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

10. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by:

• Posting the new policy on this page
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending an email notification for significant changes
