The TikkBay catalog
Build the event. Care for the details.
Tickets are a starting point. Explore the tools for goods, entry teams, promotion, finances and personal memories.
Each product has its own requirements. A listing here does not confirm purchase, publishing or payout access. Your event, account and current quote determine the next step.
Ticketing and admission Merchandise Event operations Growth Organizer finance Memory Walls
Ticketing and admission Prepare tickets, collect the details you need and help guests reach the right entrance.
Paper tickets
Purchase and download controlled QR codes for printed admission tickets.
Code issuance is separate from attendee ticket sales. Purchases need an eligible paid tier, capacity and an approved payment route.
Purchase eligibility checked per event
How to get started Select the event and, where required, its occurrence. Review the eligible tier, quantity, code quote and payment status. After confirmed payment and completed generation, download and print the credentials securely.
Paper-ticket holder seating
Choose or arrange a seat using the holder journey provided with an eligible paper ticket.
Valid paid codes do not require a holder account or prior seat selection for entry. Optional paid seats have their own price and availability.
Availability depends on the event and your access
How to get started Use the seating link supplied with your paper ticket. Verify the holder credential and check the relevant event or occurrence. Select an available included seat, or review the separate quote for a paid seat.
Ticket Design
Prepare a branded ticket layout, preview it and assign a published version to an event or ticket tier.
Studio access and publishing are checked separately. A saved draft or preview does not change issued tickets.
Workspace access and publishing checked separately
How to get started Choose an event in a workspace with Ticket Design access. Start from an available template, add your artwork and preview the result. When publishing is available, publish a version and review its event or tier assignment.
Checkout questions
Ask event-specific questions during checkout so your team can prepare.
Collect only information needed for the event. Answer access follows existing order and attendee permissions.
Availability depends on the event and your access
How to get started Select your event and open its checkout-question settings. Define the fields, choices and required answers. Review the buyer form and how authorized staff will use the answers.
Ticket reservations
Keep a temporary selection while checkout checks inventory and payment progress.
A reservation is not a paid ticket. Holds can expire and availability is checked again.
Availability depends on the event and your access
How to get started Choose an event and the tickets currently offered. Follow the checkout timer and availability messages. If interrupted, check the original order before starting another payment.
Looking for an invitation-only guest list? Curated Access packs provide guest-list capacity for an event. Buying a pack is separate from selling admission tickets or merchandise. A guest registration is not an approved access pass until the event's approval requirements are satisfied. Review the selected pack's price, currency, quota and purchase terms before paying. Payment choices depend on the current pack checkout and account readiness.
Explore Curated Access
Merchandise Offer goods alongside your event, with separate stock, collection and delivery workflows.
Merchandise
Offer event merchandise with variants, stock and fulfillment choices.
Goods are not admission. Catalog access does not mean checkout is ready; standalone purchases depend on the event.
Purchase eligibility checked at checkout
How to get started Choose the event and open Merchandise. Set up products, stock and supported fulfillment methods. Review payment readiness and the buyer checkout before sharing the catalog.
Collection passes
Use an order collection pass to identify the goods ready for pickup.
A collection pass does not admit a guest. Only authorized staff can record eligible handovers.
Fulfillment depends on the order
How to get started Open the collection instructions on the existing order. Present the collection pass at the agreed pickup point. Staff check the order and remaining units before confirming handover.
Shipping and returns
Track delivery and handle a return through its separate review and receipt stages.
Destinations, shipping charges and return eligibility follow the product and order terms. Tracking is not a delivery guarantee.
Fulfillment depends on the order
How to get started Review the product delivery options before purchase. Use the existing order for tracking or a return request. Follow the organizer instructions; approval, received goods and any refund are separate steps.
Event operations Give the right people the access and information they need to run the day.
Managed Gate
Request qualified Access Stewards and track funding, admissions and reconciliation.
A request is not an assignment. Market, event, funding, scanning and payout readiness are separate checks.
Eligibility checked for each service request
How to get started Open Managed Gate and choose an eligible event or occurrence. Review the service quote, funding method and assignment status. After entry operations, review reconciliation and any disputed admissions before approved earnings proceed.
Access Stewards
Follow the existing country-specific recruitment, verification and qualification journey.
Recruitment is not guaranteed work. Joining a waitlist is not approval or an assignment.
Recruitment and waitlist availability depend on country
How to get started Check your country on the Access Steward recruitment page. Follow the application or existing waitlist path offered there. Complete the required qualification and event-specific checks before accepting work.
Team permissions
Give each team member the capabilities required for their work.
Dashboard access does not grant every capability. Scanning, merchandise fulfillment, paper purchases and financial actions have different permissions.
Availability depends on the event and your access
How to get started Choose your organizer workspace and open Team. Invite the member and select the capabilities they need. Ask them to accept the invitation and review access before the event.
Undisclosed venues
Plan how and when eligible ticket holders receive a private venue address.
Public event information must not expose the hidden address. Reveal timing and access depend on event and ticket settings.
Availability depends on the event and your access
How to get started Configure the venue and disclosure settings in your event. Review the public page and the holder instructions separately. Tell guests to use their authorized ticket or order journey for the reveal.
Growth Prepare promotion and manage consent. Campaigns reach eligible past buyers and followers who have opted in, subject to unsubscribe and suppression checks.
Social promotion
Manage event-specific consent for artwork preparation and possible social publication.
Preparation, consent and publication are separate. Withdrawing future consent does not automatically remove already published material.
Preparation temporarily unavailable. Automatic publishing temporarily unavailable.
How to get started Choose your organizer workspace and open Social promotion. Review current preparation and publication availability. Grant or withdraw consent for the selected event within the stated scope.
Meta measurement
Configure an event integration and inspect eligible conversion delivery.
Integration configuration is not delivery confirmation. Measurement depends on consent, credentials and operational availability.
Delivery depends on integration readiness and consent
How to get started Choose the event and review Meta tracking with the required organizer permissions. Configure the approved integration without sharing private credentials. Review consent and delivery status before drawing conclusions about campaign results.
Promotion assets and sponsors
Prepare event artwork and sponsor presentation for sharing.
An asset is not an automatically published social post. Use artwork and sponsor materials you are authorized to share.
Availability depends on the event and your access
How to get started Select the event and review its promotion flyer and sponsor settings. Upload or choose the appropriate artwork and review the preview. Share the approved asset and event link through your chosen channels.
Organizer finance Keep ordinary payouts, reviewed advances and refund requests distinct.
Payment recovery
Check the existing order to distinguish paid, failed and unresolved payment.
Closing a payment window does not prove you were not charged. Do not pay again while the original payment is unresolved.
Check the existing order status
How to get started Use My Orders or the order link in your purchase email. Check confirmation and payment status separately from ticket release. Contact support with the order and payment reference if the outcome remains unclear.
Advances
Submit a request for review and examine any offer separately from ordinary payouts.
A request does not guarantee approval, disbursement or a bank arrival date. Existing offer terms govern charges and repayment.
Requests subject to eligibility and review
How to get started Open Advances in an authorized organizer workspace. Check request requirements and review any offer and agreement. Track the recorded advance and repayment obligations separately from settled-sales payouts.
Refund request tracking
Follow a request separately from approval, provider processing and receipt of funds.
Request tracking availability does not change refund rights. Individual requests, event cancellations and goods returns follow their own rules.
Self-service request tracking temporarily unavailable
How to get started Check the event or product refund terms. Use the available order request option, or contact the organizer or support with your reference. Wait for the relevant approval and completion updates; a submitted request is not a completed refund.
Eligible sales can be paid out before an event takes place. Payout timing depends on your payment provider, available funds, chosen schedule, verification and any applicable holds. A scheduled payout date is not a guaranteed bank arrival date. Read payout guidance .
Memory Walls Collect and present personal memories, then plan how to preserve them.
Memory Walls
Gather messages, photos and videos for a celebration or remembrance.
Personal host ownership, privacy and moderation are separate from organizer team access. Paid unlocks are wall-specific.
Entitlements and deadlines checked in your wall
How to get started Explore existing Memory Walls or register with the Memory Wall intent. Create a wall and review privacy, submission and moderation settings. Review any unlock price and entitlement in that wall before purchasing.
Wall presentation and exports
Present a wall and request an export to preserve eligible memories.
An export request is not a completed archive. Media-removal dates, export deadlines and expiring links matter.
Entitlements and deadlines checked in your wall
How to get started Open your own wall and check the relevant presentation or export option. Review its entitlement and current removal or download dates. Wait for the export to finish, then save it before its download deadline.
Need help choosing? Contact support with the product and event you are asking about. For an existing payment, include the order reference and check its status before paying again.
