Merchandise
Offer event merchandise with variants, stock and fulfillment choices.
How it works
- Choose the event and open Merchandise.
- Set up products, stock and supported fulfillment methods.
- Review payment readiness and the buyer checkout before sharing the catalog.
Before you start
Goods are not admission. Catalog access does not mean checkout is ready; standalone purchases depend on the event.
Use an event you are authorized to manage. Catalog management and fulfillment are separate team permissions. Set stock, delivery choices and the event's merchandise purchase settings before accepting orders.
Collection passes and shipping and returns continue from the existing order. A catalog can remain visible while purchases are paused.
Charges and terms
Merchandise is a goods purchase, not event admission. The event decides whether goods can be bought alone or with a ticket. A collection pass is for pickup and does not replace an admission ticket. For shipped goods, check the organizer's delivery destinations, charges and tracking information before ordering. The organizer handles fulfillment. A return request is separate from approval, receipt of returned goods and any refund; eligibility follows the product terms shown with the order and applicable law.
Review pricing and product terms. Use the current product quote for its currency and scope.
Help and next steps
How to sell and fulfill event merchandise
Choose an authorized workspace to review access. If the product needs an event, select one or create one with the required permission. Unavailable access does not require you to start another purchase.
