Paper tickets
Purchase and download controlled QR codes for printed admission tickets.
How it works
- Select the event and, where required, its occurrence.
- Review the eligible tier, quantity, code quote and payment status.
- After confirmed payment and completed generation, download and print the credentials securely.
Before you start
Code issuance is separate from attendee ticket sales. Purchases need an eligible paid tier, capacity and an approved payment route.
Paper and digital tickets share capacity. Choose the correct occurrence where the event uses separate date inventory. Management, code purchasing and export require their respective permissions.
Wait for confirmed payment and completed generation before downloading. If generation or download needs attention, use the existing purchase status and support path rather than purchasing the same codes again.
Read the holder seating steps. Protect the printable credentials and only give each holder their own ticket.
Charges and terms
Organizers can purchase paper-ticket codes for eligible paid ticket tiers, subject to capacity and payment readiness. This is a platform code-issuance purchase, separate from the organizer's offline admission sales. It does not add an integrated cash or POS collection service. Review the code fee and applicable charges in the paper-ticket quote. Valid paid codes can be scanned without a holder account or prior seat selection. Included seats have no second seat charge; separately offered seats have their own price and availability.
Completed paper-code purchases are non-refundable, including unsold stock and organizer cancellation. Reporting a compromised code does not authorize a refund, replacement credit or reissue. Verified platform defects follow the reviewed correction process. These code-purchase terms are separate from attendee admission purchases and optional paid seating.
Review pricing and product terms. Use the current product quote for its currency and scope.
