- Review the service quote, funding method and assignment status.
- After entry operations, review reconciliation and any disputed admissions before approved earnings proceed.
Before you start
A request is not an assignment. Market, event, funding, scanning and payout readiness are separate checks.
Use Managed Gate in a workspace where you can manage the service. The existing event selector checks request eligibility and available quotes. Funding and assignment readiness do not automatically establish scanning or payout readiness.
Access Steward recruitment is the separate journey for people seeking entry work. It retains country checks, qualification and the existing waitlist where offered.
Charges and terms
Managed Gate is the organizer service for supported events. Access Stewards are the qualified people assigned to help with entry; Gate Crew is the existing operational name for the same service. Recruitment or a service request does not guarantee an assignment. Market eligibility, event readiness, qualification and approval are checked separately. Review the service quote and funding requirements before confirming. Eligible event proceeds or the supported prepayment path fund the service. Admissions and charges are reconciled before approved earnings can proceed to payout; a scan count alone is not a completed payout. Unused prepayment follows the same-currency Gate Crew credit process, not an automatic cash refund.
